Peanut Butter Granola Pinwheels

These pinwheels are perfect for a quick picnic in our backyard( terrace tents during the rains). Peanut butter is choc-a-block with proteins, and has the powerful antioxidant VitaminE, bone building magnesium, muscle friendly potassium and immunity boosting Vitamin B6.


  1. 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  2. 2 flour whole wheat tortillas (8 inches)
  3. 2 teaspoons honey
  4. 1/2 cup granola without raisins


  • Spread peanut butter over each tortilla; drizzle with honey and sprinkle with granola. Roll up; cut into slices.
